Simple Shortbread, , These cookies were delicious! I halfed the recipe as I just wanted a small amount of goodies in the house and that worked great Obviously I rolled them too thin as my yield was about 18 cookies, but not to worry, they still were perfect shortbread consistency They kept well in a ziploc until the last bite!, To quote my oldest son, Man, we hit the jackpot with these cookies! They are delicious I doubled the recipe I did not see anywhere about how thick to roll, so I just eyeballed it to the thickness of the store bought kind My DH’s favorite cookie I can’t wait for him to try them! Thanks for a great, easy recipe that will be repeated many times
