Simply Delicious Crock Pot Pork Loin

Features:
    Cuisine:

Absolutely, unbelievably, scrumptious! 2.5 lb roast. Used all herbs, spices. Garlic I did thick small slices, cut a slice into meat & stuffed in the garlic. Much better use of the garlic to permeate the meat, than on top. Glad I did that. Also, seared the roast before it went in the crockpot. Set it on thick onion slices for drainage. Temp was high for 4 hours. Checked it then, my, just about done & aroma was fantastic. Put on low for 45 mins & turned off. Put it on rack to cool & resettle juices. The meat falls apart. Glad I tied it. Watching & testing is key for it not to dry. 5 hours on high would have been too much for 2.5 lb roast. A simple but delicious recipe to enjoy the flavor & texture of Pork Roast !
