Directions
Simply Delicious Grilled Salmon, This is best with very fresh, wild salmon. It’s a spring-time tradition here in Olympia., It was OK, pretty bland though. I should have added some lemon or lemon pepper before cooking in foil. It was moist enough and easy to make, just not much flavor. We won’t make this again., This is wonderful – but I add my dry salmon rub instead of salt n pepper. will try two layers of foil as mine sometimes sticks while I reach for a wine refill.
