Sirloin With Creamy Pepper Sauce, This is based on a recipe from the local Sunday paper with a bit of adaption on our part I’ve allowed a little extra time on the preparation if cracking your own peppers (use a grinder on pulse for a rough cracked pepper) , I made this steak along with Recipe #335597 The sauce was a great addition to my steak, and I got compliments from around the table as everyone ate I doubled the sauce so we could have some on our baked potato also It was great!
