Spicy Pork Lo Mein, This is something we make quite often at my house. My teenage sons love this! I usually double the recipe and triple the sauce. The great thing is you can make it as spicy as you would like…if you don’t like it spicy, leave the chili puree out. I usually increase the chicken broth a little to cut the salt of the soy sauce. Cook time includes only 15 minutes of marinade time. Of course it will taste better if you marinate it longer., I really liked the sauce on this & will make it again. I added extra veggies so it almost ended up more of a stir fry. I reduced the chili sauce to 1 teaspooon and found it met our preferences. Thank you for sharing the recipe!, Very good!! I added some green pepper and mushrooms to my lo mein. I cut back a bit on the chili garlic sauce and should have cut back just a bit more.
