Spicy Stir-Fried Sprouts, A deliciously different way of serving brussels sprouts , I really like brussels sprouts, and enjoyed this unique way of serving them I could not find sunflower oil, so used sesame oil and thought it was a great addition The chili pepper added just the right amount of heat, and the ginger added a nice sweetness I also used fish sauce instead of soy sauce, just because I love the stuff worked well for me [Made & Reviewed for PRMR]

Cook the Sprouts in Boiling Salted Water For About 3 Minutes, Then Drain. |

Heat the Oil in a Wok or Pan, and Then Stir Fry the Chilies, Garlic and Ginger For 1 Minute. |
