Sizzling Spicy Stir-Fried Brussels Sprouts Recipe

    I really like brussels sprouts, and enjoyed this unique way of serving them. I could not find sunflower oil, so used sesame oil and thought it was a great addition. The chili pepper added just the right amount of heat, and the ginger added a nice sweetness. I also used fish sauce instead of soy sauce, just because I love the stuff... worked well for me.     Cook the Sprouts in Boiling Salted Water For About 3 Minutes, Then Drain.

    Heat the Oil in a Wok or Pan, and Then Stir Fry the Chilies, Garlic and Ginger For 1 Minute.

    Add the Sprouts, Cook For About 2 Minutes Then Drizzle With Soy Sauce; Toss to Coat and Serve.
