Spicy Tuna Steaks, My family loves grilled tuna. This is very easy and tasty. Great for summer cook-outs. Garlicy., This is a great recipe for those who usually don’t care for fish. I made the recipe as is except used prepared mustard instead of dry, and garlic powder instead of the fresh. I set my grill to medium-high and I grilled my husband’s portion for three minutes on each side for a medium steak, and my and my kids’ portion for four minutes on each side for a more medium-well steak. It was delicious, no dipping sauce needed. Even our young children gobbled up this tuna steak. I served the steak with white rice and steamed carrots. I will be using this recipe again. Thanks!
