Directions
Tequila Shrimp With Dried Tomato Mayo, Dunk marinated shrimp in a garlic and tomato mayonnaise for an unforgettable appetizer You can use precooked shrimp Cooking time includes marinating and chilling time , Wow! This was so yummy I cut the recipe down to 2 5 servings there was lots of the mayo mixture leftover the only negative thing was that the mayo mixture looked muddy I think the dried tomatoes were the cause but it sure was delicious I prepared everything at the same time so I only needed 2 hours of marinading time the only change I made was to substitute cilantro for the parsley only because I love cilantro with tequila oh! btw I served these with margarita’s thanks for posting the recipe =)
