Skillet Orange Mustard Pork Chops

Features:
    Cuisine:

This recipe is quite good, but I only had regular soy sauce, so I tried to water it down by using 2 tablespoons of the regular stuff and a tablespoon of water. Even so, the sauce was a bit more salty than I prefer. I also used Dijon mustard and gave the meat a bit of salt and pepper before browning it, but otherwise, I followed as written. I will definitely make this again with the right kind of soy sauce, but I also thought a tablespoon oflemon juice or rice vinegar would also taste good. Thanks for sharing. And when I do make it again, I will update my review.

Skillet Orange Mustard Pork Chops, This is a quick and easy way to prepare pork chops. All ingredients are those that you probably always have on hand., This recipe is quite good, but I only had regular soy sauce, so I tried to water it down by using 2 tablespoons of the regular stuff and a tablespoon of water. And when I do make it again, I will update my review., This is a wonderful recipe. I am a beginner cook in the kitchen, but the flavors come together that completely suggest otherwise. I was nervous if if it would be flavorful by not marinating over night, but as i said before the flavors come through wonderfully. I was really proud of myself and this recipe is definately a keeper. My sister never tries recipes that have bold flavors and she loved it. Thanks for posting the recipe and to all that made suggestions. One of my own is to add Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to the chops before browning.
