Skillet Sirloin,I think this is my husband’s most requested steak supper. And it’s ok with me, because it is so easy to do, and tastes super!,Very good but not great. I’m going to use a lot less thyme next time. I had to add lots of salt too. Otherwise the steaks came out pretty good – not overcooked or dry. I cooked them a little in the sauce too.,This was dinner last night and absolutely wonderful! Tonight, I chopped the left overs and added to Texmati White, Brown, Wild & Red rice. A completely different meal but equally good. Thank you MizzNezz! This is now in my recipe file.
