Skylike Chili – Skyline Chili Copycat, A copycat of Skyline Chili, true Cincinnati chili, except it’s less greasy! I combine all the dry spices times ten and keep the “Skyline Spice Mix” in a jar cannister. One batch of chili will use 3/8 cup of spice mix. The spice mix is also tasty as a meat rub for steak, pork and chicken., It worked and is amazingly authentic. Didn’t include Allspice or Worchester sauce, but all the rest. Have been eating it three days in a row. Great recipe! Thank you so much! Now I can see a number of my fb friends trying it out too., I made a batch amd it was too spicy. So I made a second batch without the chili powder and the cayenne pepper and combined the two batches. It was outstanding. We served it over french fries with lots of cheddar cheese.
