I have wowed many a guest with this simple recipe.,Delicious! But when going to the trouble of crisping the skin, WHY would you throw it away??!! It’s the best part of the fish when it’s crispy.,Since I saw this recipe, I have made this at least 15 times. It’s perfect. A few times I put the Zattarans blacken rub on both sides with olive oil and put it in oven on 400 until done to my likeness skin side down. No matter which way it’s fixed it’s good. It’s quick to cook you can’t even mess it up
