Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Stew, This recipe comes from kraftfoods.com. It sounded good and comforting for the winter months. I have made some adjustments to the recipe. Remember not all slow cookers are created the same, adjust the cooking times accordingly., This was a tasty recipe, I like the change-up from your basic stew. I like my stew to be a little soupier, so I was a little disappointed how thick and dry it came out. I would recommend adding some beef broth for a more moist stew. I also recommend seasoning the beef with salt and pepper before browning.
