    Slow Cooker Beef in Mushroom Gravy, This is from Taste of Home. It has only four ingredients, and they all go into the crockpot at once. The meat is nicely seasoned and makes its own gravy. It tastes wonderful when you serve it over mashed potatoes., The author says to “combine soup mix, soup and water” – but never actually SAID how much extra water she had used for this recipe. How much extra has other users to make a nice juice/gravy without losing intensity of flavors?, this smells so good cooking. So tender and flavorful. I add a tbs of cornstarch and enough water to mix smooth add to crockpot for a thicker gravy. I add this about 30 mins before it finishes cooking I set my crockpot on auto which I think cooks it on high for awhile then low I set my oven timer for 3 1/2 hours to time my crockpot

    Cut Steak Into Six Serving-Size Pieces; Place in a 3-Quart Slow Cooker.

    Add Mushrooms and Onions to Crockpot.
