Slow-Cooker Beef Short Ribs,You won’t believe how good these ribs are!!! I think we could have these every other night with no complaints! They’re YUMMY!!!!,My first try at short ribs (bone-in). Didn’t have enough red wine vinegar, so finished measurement with red cooking wine. Also added a little more beef broth to cover, but it wasn’t necessary as they create their own juices as they cook. My husband, daughter and in-laws loved it.,I am about to make this dish. I think it should be mentioned that there is No such thing as “boneless short rib’s”!
