Slow Cooker Chicken Parisienne

    I've been making this since my first slow cooker in 1975. use vermouth instead of classic white wine, garlic powder, and since Emeril, I douse each side of the chicken with Emerils Essence. I double the sauce and mushrooms, and up the flour so that it not runny. I serve it over rice with broccoli on the side. Delicious!
