Slow Cooker Chicken Wings, yum, I have to give this no stars They were just terrible I think where I went wrong, was to use Sugar Twin Brown Sugar After rereading all the great reviews, I will have to make them again, using regular brown sugar We like the flavor of mustard, but the wings tasted like sharp, tangy (in a bad way) mustard I ended up throwing them away I will write another review when I make them again, with real brown sugar , I thought these were good, but the rest of the family thought they were so-so I expected the sauce to be a little thicker than it was When they were done I put them on a baking sheet and put them under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sugar a little bit That made them look more appetizing too than when I first took them out of the crock pot
