Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Cranberry Pork Loin Roast, If you like lots of gravy then double the whole cranberry sauce and French dressing, for a a larger roast adjust cooing time — this also may be made successfully cooked in the oven at low temperature , Made this again and just now reviewing I skipped the browning part & the garlic My roast was closer to 5 pounds so I did use 2 cans of cranberries, doubled the French dressing and used only 1 pkg of the soup mix The sauce was plenty thick but I did decide to finish the sauce with a hearty long squeeze of Dijon mustard I loved the ease and taste of this main dish as well as my husband I also served this with a jar of Cranberry Horseradish jam on the side Talk about zippy!! Thanks for posting!, Dynamite Recipe Thank You! We like the center loin, has bones, and this was simply Stellar, The sauce was to die for I did not have any french dressing but made some using another Food com recipe Very, very flavorful I am going to make this woth a pork shank should be amazing Well written recipe, easy to follow, and simple to implement Will let you know about the pork shank Cheers, BlueWaterSailor
