Tangy BBQ Pork Roast (Crock Pot), I got this recipe from an old cookbook of my moms It is very good and very easy The smell is awesome as it is cooking all day!!, This was my first attempt at pulled pork and it was quite good! I like my sauce sweeter than this one so I added an additional 2 Tbsp brown sugar in the last 30 minutes after a taste The sauce was definitely too watery, but I decided not to pour off the liquid, since the liquid was the sauce! I’ll likely cut the amount of water in the next attempt I left my crockpot on and uncovered as we were eating, and after we were done it had cooked down very nicely Thanks for the recipe!, I added honey to make a bit sweeter, deeper flavour But it got rave reviews! I also thickened the sauce and served some on the side for the saucy people Served with onion slices, pickles and cheese I made a sweet potato, Yukon gold potato salad and a spicy slaw to eat separately or on the bun!
