    I was going to post this recipe, but found it here. I can't believe no one has made it yet! This is a huge crowd pleaser. used to make them as hors d'ouvers for parties that were booked at a restaurant I worked at. Weddings, rehersals, showers, ect. These always went fast! used apple wood smoked thick sliced bacon and fresh rosemary which worked out great. They are even good at room temperature so you don't have to worry about reheating batches of them. Thanks for posting this great recipe.

    Preheat Oven to 400f Place the Bacon Slices on a Baking Sheet and Bake Until Half Done, About 8 Minutes.

    Remove and Sprinkle With Rosemary on Each Side.

    Allow Bacon to Cool Slightly, Then Roll Each Piece Into a Tight Twirl and Spear It With a Toothpick.

    Put Back Into 400f Oven on the Same Baking Sheet and Bake Until Done, About 8 Minutes More.
