I found this recipe in Better Homes And Gardens magazine. Milk is not listed in the recipe but Recipezaar does not allow only one ingredient. I have not tried this recipe, but I’m posting it for safe keeping.,Wow, wish I could give you ten stars. These smoothies are so good, not your usual run of the mill treat. I made two of them, and couldn’t decide on a favorite they were both excellent, truly delicious. I made Purple Haze and Flower Power. Planning on trying Go Green next. Thank you so much for sharing.
