Spicy Szechuan Beef Stir-Fry Recipe: A Flavorful Chinese Classic

Features:
    Cuisine:

This recipe works! I added a small handful of Arbol chilies and several hot-looking long green chilies I found in the grocery store. Note: take care to cut off the stem end of the chili; stems aren't good eats.

For sides I made rice from chicken stock and steamed some sugar peas.

The meal was a hit!. The stir-fry reminded both my buddy and I of a spicy-hot Thai dish.

My buddy and his wife said they would be up for this dish anytime.
