Tequila Mussels With Tomatoes & Jalapenos!, I have had many people tell me these are the best mussels they’ve ever had! Great as a light summer meal served with crusty bread to dip in the left over sauce!, I found this recipe in Bon Appétit and made it for a mussels cook-off – it won hands down! The recipe is quite simple, and tasty The jalapenos don’t add too much heat – just a little undertone; which is quite nice I simmered all the ingredients for about 3 minutes before adding the mussels to soften the celery a little bit I highly recomend this recipe!!, I have had many people tell me these are the best mussels they’ve ever had!
