Tex Mex Party Bites Aka: Rattlesnake Bites, Delicious & spicy Little Party Bites Can be made day’s ahead and can be frozen Recipe includes a Dip for them too! If recipe appears to hot or spicy for you , you can change the Cheeses to a Mild Cheddar, Mozzarella or Swiss and omit the Cayenne Pepper , This is a perfect party food! Tasty, easy, a bit hit with everyone and makes a big batch I screwed up by not noticing that the Rotel was supposed to be drained, so I had to bake them for longer to dry them up a little, but the flavor was terrific!, What a fun recipe! It makes quite a batch, (didn’t count them) People couldn’t stop nibbling them! Will definatly make again for large gatherings
