I found this recipe and thought, where am I going to find those ingredients in my small grocery store? Well, a brand new Kroger Marketplace opened up and they had everything I needed to try this! The only thing I substituted was white wine vinegar in place of the champagne vinegar. Otherwise, I made the recipe exactly as directed. It was simply wonderful. An explosion of flavors in every bite! I will definitely be making this again and again and again!!!
