Strawberries & Cream Bread (Strawberry or Blueberry),A wonderful recipe using fresh strawberries from Netherhill Strawberry Farm in Australia. This recipe also yields a tried and true (and reviewed) great Blueberry & Cream Bread.,Really good bread. I made the blueberry version with no nuts. Sent most of the loaf to work with the husband. When he passed it off to the others this one was voted really good and apparently some of them did not want to willingly share the loaf. So Thank you for a great recipe, much appreciated. It now resides in my binder of definately gonna use this again repeatedly recipes.,A family favorite!

Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt and Cinnamon; Set Aside. |

in Small Bowl, Beat Butter Until Creamy. Gradually Add Sugar, Beat 1 Minute or Until Light and Airy. Add Brown Sugar. Beat in Eggs, One at a Time. Beat in Sour Cream and Vanilla. |

Stir Into Flour Mixture Only Until Dry Ingredients Are Moistened. |

Bake at 350f For 60 to 65 Minutes or Until Toothpick Comes Out Clean. |
