Stuffed Strawberry Muffins,My family always requests these muffins. Use any jam you like. I somethimes use this Raspberry peach champagne jam I bought at Sur La Table. This recipe makes 8 good size muffins.,This was good. It made 6 extra large muffins. Next time I’ll mix the jam throughout as others have suggested.,This turned out great. I added the jam to the mixture. I also added water to the mixture to make it wetter as I thought it was way too dry. Will make again. Thanks for posting.

Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees. |

Combine Dry Ingredients in a Medium Bowl. |

Combine Milk, Egg and Butter. |

Gently Stir Wet Ingredients Into the Dry Ingredients Until Moistened. |

Spoon Batter Into Greased Pans (reserving 1/2 Cup For Topping). |
