Loved them for football tailgate party Made for Football Pool, 2010 , I made 3 times the recipe for our tailgate party I did take the suggestion of the other review and dried kraut on a paper towel I did change the reicpe to make the filling adhere together better- I added 4 oz of cream cheese Made for 2009 Football pool week 4

Preheat oven to 350.

Brush mushrooms or wipe clean with a damp cloth. Remove stems from mushrooms and discard.

Fold and fit 1 slice of corned beef inside mushroom cap.

Top with 1 teaspoons sauerkraut, 1/2 teaspoon salad dressing and approximately 1 teaspoon cheese.

Place on an ungreased sheet pan.

I don't like messing with mashed potatoes.  I never seem to get the timing right and they are cold at meal time.  This recipe solved that problem.  When I made it I cut it in half but found that the quantity was still too much for my family so I placed it into two loaf pans and gave one to my sister for her dinner that night.  My family LOVED this.  My sister loved it too.  I thank you KC_Cook and my hubby thanks you because I have added mashed potatoes to our meals.
