Smothered Turkey Wings, I haven’t tried this one yet, I’m putting it here for safe-keeping. Looks good, and interesting, and would be good to do when turkey parts go on sale. This recipe is from B.J.’s Market & Bakery in Chicago., This ended up being a fabulous recipe though it was a bit more time consuming than I had hoped–it was well worth it. I agree with some of the others that adding a bit more seasoning to the sauce/gravy helped–and used some toasted onion salt and a bit more thyme and poultry seasoning. I definitely plan to make this one again!, When I first saw this, I thought that the recipe was a little complicated but the picture was so enticing. Well, it ended up not being complicated but the taste would make you think so. And I do believe that that’s the best gravy I’ve made of all times. Family loved it and they are jonsing for the leftovers!
