Heat Oven to 375f Line Small Rimmed Baking Sheet With Foil, Spray With Cooking Spray. |

Combine All Dry Ingredients (1/2 Tsp Salt) in a Small Bowl. used a Zip Top Bag. Remove Rib Bone, If Desired. Brush Both Sides of Chicken With Oil, Cover With Dry Mix Over Both Sides. Place on Baking Sheet. |

Bake 45 to 50 Minutes or Untl Chicken Is Golden Brown and No Longer Pink in Center. Serve Sprinked With Add'l Sea Salt. |
