Succulent Texas-Style Cornish Game Hens Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

We enjoyed these Cornish hens for our 4th of July meal. The hens turned out perfectly. We grilled them to brown the outside and then moved them to low heat so they wouldn't burn. We added the bbq sauce after they were thoroughly cooked and just turned them once or twice before removing them. Will definitely make these delicious Cornish hens again.
