Bishbosa, This is a traditional Sudanese recipe which I learned from Sudanese friends It’s a great alternative to traditional cakes The sound of the ingredients might put you off, but you have to taste it to believe how nice it is , This is good, easy to make and probably healthier than most cakes because it doesnt use eggs and uses semolina and yoghurt Taste was abit plain but it was nice and soft , The adults like it, the kids didn’t care for it I found it easy to make used Couscous as I couldn’t find semolina, not sure if they are the same I also added more lemon juice, otherwise might be bland Great with berries
