Sugar Free-Fat Free- Cinnamon Hot Chocolate Mix,“You can vary the flavor as you like with this. Try using Amaretto dry coffee creamer for 1/2 the milk and skip the cinnamon for example.”,My tweaks are in my review above,I’m giving this recipe 5 stars even though I did change it a bit. Without the original recipe, I wouldn’t have the perfect mix with my changes. What I changed was I used 2 c of the powdered milk along with 1 cup of powdered coffee creamer, which made it extra rich. I also used a full pkg (small size) of SF instant choc fudge pudding. I then added about 1/4 t. cinnamon, which was so good. I put everything in my blender and blended it until it was a smooth mix. By doing this extra step, my mix dissolves in the hot water, no gunk left in the bottom of the cup. Before washing the blender I added 3 T of the mix with 8-10 oz of boiling water. I blended it, covering the lid with a cloth. It came out creamy and very frothy. This is the best hot chocolate mix (with my changes) I’ve ever drank. The commercial SF hot cocoa mix has an artificial taste to me, but this mix doesn’t have that artificial taste. It is so good. It made about 2 cups of mix. I hope those not happy with this recipe will try it again with my changes. Thanks so much Annacia for posting this delicious recipe.

This was fantastic and ever so easy. Used long grain rice and fresh mushrooms because it's what I had on hand. Also added a dash of cayenne pepper as suggested. WOW! I will never hestitate to make risotto again. Thank you.
