Sweet and Sour Chicken Stir-fry, Throw out your takeout menu. This stir fry is fast and easy and is better than your neighborhood chinese restaurant. Add more crushed red pepper if you like your food spicey hot., Quick and simple. Too sweet and not enough veggies for my taste. probably cut the sugar in half. I would try to make it with maple syrup or with a fruit juice concentrate to sweeten., Even though I’m learning to cook, this was tasty and easy to make. My kids and wife gave it an 8 on the taste-o-meter. I made this in a stainless steel frying fan on high heat. The only changes I would make would be to use a little less sugar and use a little less red wine vinegar. I would also add some carrots.
