    Sweet and Sour Sausages, This recipe is from the 2009 cookbook, Taste of Home’s Best Holiday Recipes, & the sausages not only make a nice appetizer for a group, but they’re also tasty over a bed of brown rice when serving 4!, This is going to be our new go-to sausage appetizer! DH loved it and has requested it for all of our get together Usually because of the ease we just throw the sausages in a crockpot with a bottle of BBQ, but no more These are very flavorful! Made as is, but cut the sugar to 1/4 cup Thanks for posting!! Made for 1-2-3-Hits February 2010

    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees F & Grease a 2-Quart Baking Dish.

    in a Large Skillet, Brown Sausages in Butter.

    in a Large Bowl, Stir Together the Peaches, Chili Sauce, Sugar, Ketchup, Onion & Curry Powder, Then Stir in the Sausages.

    Transfer to the Prepared Baking Dish & Bake For 30 Minutes, Then Stir, Before Baking For Another 15 Minutes or Until Bubbly.
