Weepless Meringue,I dont like tears on my pies.,This meringue is easier to apply and keeps well. The cornstarch addition is ingenious!! It is not as light and fluffy, as other reviewers have said, but it is delicious and holds its shape well. I will be using this technique in the future! I topped banana pudding with it.
