Thai-Inspired Grilled Chicken Thighs Recipe

    Made this for dinner. Wonderful! used 1/2 almond butter & 1/2 peanut butter, substituted onion flakes for green onion. I had boneless, skinless thighs, I tossed the thighs in the sauce and marinated for 1 hour before baking. I set the thighs on a thin layer of onion, covered the pan with foil at 35 minutes. I served with rice and Thai broccoli salad. Such a great meal.
