Embutido,This is an adodpted recipe. I will post any revisions after I make it. Embutido is a traditional Filipino-style meatloaf. A terrific ready-to-eat idea that’s perfect to take along for lunch or sandwich filling Prep time includes chilling.,i just tried this recipe and it tastes great! i did a little variation on the original recipe though. instead of regular tomato sauce, used ketchup. ( i figured since embutido is usually served with ketchup on top, might as well put it inside it too!) also, i boiled 2 eggs and cut them up into quarters and put them in the middle of the roll. i ended up making two logs out of the same amount ingredients. we ate one for dinner and i froze the second one to be heated whenever we wanted to have it. :),i just tried this recipe and it tastes great! i did a little variation on the original recipe though. instead of regular tomato sauce, used ketchup.
