Visayan Pork Stew (Humba),My husband and I went to Leyte in Southern Philippines to get away from the beaten tourist path. We had a wonderful meal at Alejandro’s Hotel and we had Humba for the first time. It was very good, we fell in love with it right away.,this humba need a star anish?,Great recipe but i added peanut butter instead of ground peanuts and it didn’t work for me. I can’t find soybean paste and I can’t think of any substitute for it.
