    Zulu Cabbage, Adapted from The African Kitchen , Delicious!! Used roasted red peppers instead of green peppers and sliced everything instead of dice– my husband thought it was noodles!! Loved it! Thank you , What a great way to perk up cabbage! used two fresh (seeded) tomatoes instead of canned and covered the pan on low heat, but otherwise followed the recipe I will definitely be making this again Thank you for sharing the recipe!

    Heat the Oil in a Large Skillet.

    Add Onion and Pepper, and Saute Until Softened and Onion Is Translucent.

    Add Cabbage, Tomatoes, Curry Powder, Tomatoes With Juice, Salt and Pepper.

    Cook For About 30 Minutes, Stirring Occasionally.

    Add a Little Water If Mixture Sticks to Pan.
