Swiss Muesli, I make a container of this once a week & keep it in the fridge to have for breakfast every morning It is a healthy, nutritious and delicious way to start the day! Experiement & add whatever fruit you like Prep time doesn’t include the overnight soaking, from the Healthy Living Cookbook , Grate the apples and mix with a couple of tablespoons of lemon juice (I actually pure a whole skinned lemon for this) Stir into the muesli and you have it all done ahead of time!
