Stuffed Whole Apple Crisp, This recipe was given to me by caterer Cyndy Totten who attends our church This is a delicious and different way to make apple crisp This method makes it possible to be a dish for one or more persons I am posting the recipe as if you were making it for only one person Increase the number of servings by simply increasing the number of apples and increasing the amount of the other ingredients by the number of servings you are making , I did this with halved apples with great success – the inclusion of some diced dates was my only change used 6 apples cut in half and upped all the ingredients – great dessert for our wintry Sunday – so thank you , Thank you CarrolJ for this recipe or blueprint:) This was precisely what I was looking for; used some hot spiced apple cider for the liquid and put it all in one of the individual pie pans it worked great! Also added some whipped topping along with the caramel
