Top Rated Pecan Pie, this is a very smooth center pecan pie..melts in your mouth ..also from from fireman’s firehouse cookbook…a real beauty of a pie .., this was delicious. my only question is consistency. it was very soupy and did set but when I warmed it to serve it turned back into soup and didn’t hold together. would cornstarch help? loved the flavor and will remake, WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
