Directions
Very Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins,These are the muffins that my teenagers request. I brought them to the airport when my son came home for winter break, at his request. One Christmas I gave baskets with a variety of muffins to co-workers & they liked these the best too, so it’s not just a kid recipe.,I love this recipe! I’ve made it many times now, these muffins are my daughters favorite, she likes to bring them to school for lunch and share with her friends. I made the recipe exactly like the directions and they turn out perfect every time, the only thing I did different is sprinkled some sliced almonds on top before baking but I only do that for my daughter because she loves almonds. I will definitely keep using this recipe.,Loved the original recipe but this substitution made it so much better!! Add only 1 1/2 cups flour and make up the remaining 1/2 cup with cornmeal. Sounds weird, I know, but TRY IT!! Because of the texture of the cornmeal, add an extra tablespoon of milk and sugar.
