Ultimate Best-Ever Meatloaf Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I not only made one of these, I made two. After reading the reviews, I realized that all that sauce required two meatloafs to smother. I did NOT change a thing. My boyfriend said it was one of the best he has ever eaten. My sister (to whom I gave the other one) just called and said she ate it for breakfast because she couldn't wait for dinner (I brought it over last night after she had already ordered a pizza). GO for it. You will love it just the way it is. Note: You may want to use an instant read thermometer at the end (155 to 160) degrees to make sure it has cooked through. 325 does not crisp the outside because of the basting, so you might think it not quite done. But it continues to cook while you let rest. Enjoy. (Thanks for the great recipe, Rosemary.)
