Spicy Mozzarella Beef Dip, My fiance invented this dip He was just learning how to cook and this was the first thing he created without a recipe Over the years, he has perfected it It is now a family favourite My FIL and step-daughter can’t get enough of this Every year, we get the family all together for the town Christmas parade then RUN back to the house for this dip and hot chocolate It is the best part of the entire night!, Loved this recipe My whole family loved this recipe , This was a good dip It was very filling I thought it needed more flavor, so I added some garlic, more onion, sour cream, and some picante sauce We ate it with tortilla scoops I might not make this again as a dip, just because I have some better dip recipes that I like better But this would be great to use as taco meat or to use to make some walking taco’s
