Soft and Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies,Oh, so good!,This recipe is my new favourite! I love the large batch size so that I don’t have to double my recipe like most recipes. An issue I wonder is the brand of margarine people are using. Some margarines have higher oil content yielding different results depending on the brand one uses. Personally use Bacel. I also was taught that brand of baking powder and baking soda alters the results. I always use arm and hammer baking soda and Magic baking powder. I love that these can be made giant or small and they keep their shape beautifully.
