    World’s Best Fried Rice, The name says it all!, Excellent! Tastes like I have an old chinese lady cooking in my kitchen. Very authentic!, I love this fried rice. The oyster sause is mandatory because it gives the rice a great taste. I prepare instant rice, I refrigerate it and cook it for dinner. Use only small diced frozen veggies so everything cooks evenly and enjoy. It is very good!!!

    Prepare Rice. Chill Overnight.

    Heat Oil in a Wok.

    Add Eggs. Cook Until Set. Remove to a Plate. Chop.

    Wipe Out Wok. Heat Oil Until Very Hot.

    Add Rice and Ham. Stir-Fry 1 Minute.

    Combine the Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce and Water.
