Ultimate Crispy Skin Twice-Baked Potatoes Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

I love twice baked potatoes. They are simple and easy to modify to one's own tastes and preferences. used dried chives because that's what I had on hand, and omitted the bacon because I didn't feel like cleaning up my cast iron skillet. Also added a little cream cheese to the mash. Baked the potatoes ahead of time, then reheated the potato mixture before mashing and threw them in the oven to finish. They were awesome. Don't be afraid to change it up. This recipe was made to be modified. Hence the 5?.
