The Filipino Elvis Sandwich,F.C won’t let me put in the ingredient Halayang Ubea sweet jam like spread made from Filipino purple yams . You can buy it or make your own. Sabra bananas are found in Asian markets and may be called Burro bananas they are a little starchier than the standard Cavendish, frying them first are optional .,I liked this sandwich a lot, I did fry the bananas first and used my own Halayang Ube. I also used a small Portuguese roll instead of sliced bread.
